Reading updates from last night after HOH...

Sys was annoyed with Holly during the comp, says she has no backbone and does whatever Michie wants.

Nicole apparently didn't realize you could shift from side to side in the comp and is pissed about that.

Jess immediately campaigning to not go up after the HOH room reveal and people exit.

Sounds like a lot of the females are not happy with Jackson's attitude/aggression. Kat & Jess spent somet ime talking about it.

When Michie/Holly 'broke up' for 17 hours, Holly told Kat that Jackson was the rogue vote, he threw away all the cookie dough on purpose. Makes messes on purpose, dumps the mouthwash just to mess with people.

Just a bunch of post-comp venting it sounds like last night. Holly will let Michie/Jack run her HOH so assume Sam & Nick.

I'm not sure the Kat vote for Jackson was just being dumb. I originally thought the same.

There was talk about Kat crying earlier and that Jackson had yelled at her again. Apparently the feeds kept cutting away any time someone tried to bring it up. I wonder if she wasn't taking a jab at Jackson/CBS for all the crap that he's getting away with.

I did read where he was having a nervous breakdown over the have not food so they just gave in to him and let him eat whatever he wanted.


As far as this week goes, it will be a wasted week where Nick (or Sam, but less likely) goes home.

Analyse talking trash about things that she's never going to do or say to anyone's face?? I'm so shocked!!

Day 40 HG Ratings on Jokers (this will be more influenced by people who read updates/watch feeds - Cliff I think is much higher for the TV polls, etc. because all the casual watchers love him I think).

That's a difference of ~2MM viewers per night more last year than this year.

Some of that is due to people who are now watching it on CBS AA. Out of the people I know who watch the show, roughly half of them don't watch when it's on TV and instead have subs to CBS AA and watch it on there...yet none of them use CBS AA to watch the feeds. They continue to watch the show as if they are just a normal CBS viewer even though live feeds are at their fingertips if they want.

That being said...the show is definitely down this year. The cast is a major part of that.

Looks like my hunch was correct regarding the Kat/Michie vote. Found this on a feed site....

On best thing of night: Kat asked Jess if they heard audience laugh when she (Kat) voted & Jess said yeah why did they lol. Kat tells how she voted for Mickie (Jackson) & intends to every week until he's ousted.

That's actually very clever game play... and something I haven't even thought of before. Judging the live audience reactions from odd-ball things said in the live voting; this is great. And thus, I would bet this gets nixed by production.

We watch on cBS AA but pretty much never watch the feeds. Honestly, they kind of bore me. If something major happens, we find the clips on YouTube/twitter/reddit.

Those ratings are awesome. Mainly because the fluctuations in human emotion.

Bella tanked as she became really toxic. Then she apologized and becomes more humble and cascade's up.

Cliff was at #2 right next to Nicole, he didn't make the move they wanted, trended down.

i'm surprised they could hear the audience from inside the house. I would have expected the House to be sound proof.

• the HOH competition showed exactly why Cliff did what he did. His "alliance" were the first ones to fall, he'd be screwed right now had made a big move
• Why did Nicole and Jess vote out Bella? Are they still that upset about her big mouth? So they'll actively keep a member of the big alliance who's picking them off one by one out of spite?

The big problem I see that's becoming a recurring theme is all of the popular/Type A personality people all bind together early, leaving the geek/Type B personality people on the outs. The type B people don't realize until it's too late.

Of course, I don't know how you solve it, because the eye candy is one of the reasons why people watch.

It's the same every year and constantly discussed. The pay out for winning isn't that great. The goal is to make jury and receive the weekly stipend for the whole length of the show.

As long as this remains nothing will change, especially when they cast the way they do.

Most likely. Kat has volunteered to be a pawn, though Analyse is pushing for it to be Nicole.

I read where Kat is pushing hard for Nicole.

Both are. Seems to be more division among the 6 but nothing that is ever lethal. They all just talk about each faction but never act on it

Cliff had Heineken for his hoh. I am kind of disappointed

a predictable and boring episode tonight.
