Actually, if you read the article, you will find that Tesla owners are re-purchasing Teslas at a higher rate than any car maker out there. There are loyalty rate is through the roof. People are buying them, even though they don't like him because they won't go back to an internal combustion engine. Disclaimer : I drive a diesel, so I'm not one of the ones that drives an electric vehicle. But that article is very misleading.

Soft power on display, to limit the reach/power of populists globally, and impacting our own of course via the social media platforms. Twitter has been a prime target since Elon Musk divorced it from the censorship industrial complex, largely (though not completely). American players keep their hands clean by using Brazil as a proxy, and after the Irish thought police law went into effect and raised a lot of red flags in Europe for being so draconian, this was an easier play for the time being.

U.S. District Judge Trina Thompson in San Francisco ruled on Tuesday that the federal Employee Retirement Income Security Act governing benefit plans did not cover the former employees' claims, and therefore she lacked jurisdiction.

According to the complaint, Twitter's 2019 severance plan called for employees who stayed on after the buyout to receive two or six months of pay, plus one week of pay for each year of employment, if they were laid off.

The plaintiffs Courtney McMillian, who oversaw Twitter's compensation and benefits, and Ronald Cooper, an operations manager, said Twitter instead offered fired employees just one month of pay as severance, with no benefits.

Thompson said ERISA didn't apply to Twitter's post-buyout plan because there was no "ongoing administrative scheme" where the company reviewed claims case-by-case, or offered benefits such as continued health insurance and out placement services.

Now I'm not saying there isn't a lot of crazy **** on there that isn't True, but I don't see Elon promoting that and it's the same stuff that was on there when Jack ran Twitter, but they were censoring the right.
