Then I'm not sure how you can be so confident. That's like me mortgaging my house to buy something while proclaiming, "I don't care about the economics of buying <that something>". My ownership of that house would be in bigtime jeopardy.

Would you say, 'I'm sure your house will be just fine." in that case? Especially if that something hadn't turned a profit in 8 of the last 10 years?
