If James T. Kirk and Han god d-mn Solo can be re-cast, so can Wolverine.
Wanda, of courseBelton Ag said:Magneto just doesn't seem like a big enough bad-ass to have created the Hex. To me, that's got to be Mephisto/Galactus level power.YNWA_AG said:
Yeah Stewart and Ian mckellen fit the bill too
Ok, but the reference to cosmic radiation tends to make me think of him.AgfromHOU said:

Looks like this week takes a Modern Family style

Interesting theory I just saw on Twitter...
The big surprise isn't an MCU or X-Men character.
It's a famous sitcom character instead.

Then again the reference to the devil in episode 2 brings to mind Mephisto.
Quicksilver opens the door to Magneto.
Could go in a number of ways I guess.
or more likely it was just a story point to justify having an astrophysicist (and then Darcy specific) on the team.TexasAggie_02 said:Belton Ag said:Ok, but the reference to cosmic radiation tends to make me think of him.AgfromHOU said:

I think the cosmic radiation was just a reference to the big bang, which created the stones, which gave wanda her powers. At the point in the show when it was mentioned, they still had no idea what was going on or who was involved. It was after that when Darcy found the signal.

He is old enough he could have been the right age for Magneto in WW2....Mathguy64 said:TCTTS said:

They started with an homage to the Dick Van Dyke show. I wonder what the chance is they finish with a scene for him?
It will be Betty White spooning with Deadpool.C@LAg said:He is old enough he could have been the right age for Magneto in WW2....Mathguy64 said:TCTTS said:

He was apparently a consultant on the show, so that's a distinct possibility. That said, the vast majority of viewers would probably have no idea who he was, so I don't know if that would count as being being on the level of Luke.

I would bet that hardly anyone watching this under 25 or 30 has any idea who Dick Van Dyke is. Given that's they're target audience, Marvel likely isn't going to pin a massive cameo on a guy who was famous in the '50s.
has Marvel announced a massive cameo, or is this all just based on PB's comment?TCTTS said:
