Funny you argue about the lack of rendering accuracy relating to the shading of the bevel on the "T". yet you say nothing about the lack of a bevel or any shading on the "A" or the "M". Idiot.

Imagine if during the block T-formation, they would stop and somehow stretch white fabric over the heads of the appropriate band members essentially mimicking the bevel?

The idea of taking a perfectly good band formation and covering part of it up so it is disjointed and fragmented seems like a great idea.

Here is a photo from the street that runs between Sbisa and Hobby. White bevels on a maroon T are bad enough, but beige bevels are even worse. I saw a shirt a month ago with pink bevels.
If we are trying out different colored bevels, maybe look at white bevels on a white T and maroon bevels on a maroon T - these are the two best combinations.
