Domain can be centrally blocked. There are only a few internet pipelines into most countries. And X can block itself from being transmitted via starlink otherwise for instance to certain regions.

It's not real hard to block a domain, basically.

In theory, yes, but in practice…we'd go down a geeky wormhole and the answer is gonna be 'no' most of the time. Most VPN's don't provide the protection folks think they get, basically, and in particular the 'nodes' the data flows through the 'banned' provider would be cut off even though 'secure.' And VPN's that don't comply with packet inspections/checking are then themselves banned. See: China.

Sorry, I love the FBI, and am glad they keep us safe!

Now they snapped the trap shut on Elon.

Wouldn't be surprised if some country issues a warrant for Elon and somebody attempts to go after him like the Telegram guy.

Exactly. And Cherwinsky is an absolute leftist who at his age now feels free to admit it, and preach about it publicly with no end. It's a shame, as he was a good legal mind regarding contract law. The US was never intended to be a democracy, as he once would have admitted. Returning abortion, a contentious issue at best, to the states to decide is the most American thing the court has done in my lifetime.
