When Levin was talking about this yesterday and describing the positions of the holdouts, he mentioned that several of them would vote McCarthy once they got their concessions, and it was apparent he had talked to at least one of those members. This was always going to be the result. Really not sure what some of you expected. Get as many concessions as possible, then vote for the better alternative to Speaker Kasich or whoever else a group of moderate Republicans might team up with Dems to elect.
