Well at least part of their complaint is that he has screwed them over or changed positions after making deals with them in the past. So maybe they are actually smart enough to expect that he won't change that habit in the future. Their "demand" appears to be that the party elect somebody besides him to lead the house. With 220+ to choose from, surely he is not the only one the rest of the party will accept?J. Put the effort in and you will not have to worry about how much damage McCarthy is going to cause or how little he is going to prevent.
If someone starts aggressively discussing politics with me out of the blue I am walking away immediately. Way more important things to deal with in day to day life.

Stopped watching after the last vote failed so will check that out. As of this morning no one knew what their demands were according to the coverage though, so
that's what I was going off of.
