there is literally no House of Representatives taking office until there is a Speaker under the Constitution to lead them.

This tells me Gaetz is more interested in his own grandstanding and winning the current battle the 20 created rather than negotiating an acceptable outcome. Why does it appear that McCarthy's skin on the wall is the most important objective, rather than finding a solution that all can move on from?

My question for the supporters of the 20 on this board... What made Kevin McCarthy your worst enemy in the world? What did he do to earn the revision, ostracism, and hatred that many on this board are throwing his way?

Guess we will find out. Sounds like Mccarthy should step aside and let someone who can get the votes take the seat.


My problem with Mccarthy is he is the definition of establishment politician. He's been in congress in some form since college. He's never worked a real job. He's never not been a politician.

He has no relevant experience to share with other Americans.

We need someone who can actually speak on behalf of the people.
