He doesn't have to weed them out he just needs his people in to reverse those decisions and remove authority to make them in the future.

This may give some insight. https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/23126697/twitter-response-to-motion-to-stay-twitter-v-musk.pdf Evidently Musk won't give them a closing date. That may be part of the reason why.
Regardless, the judge stayed everything until October 28th. If it doesn't close by then, and they have to set a date in November, I can imagine the judge won't be happy the deal didn't close.

It was told to me back when Biden took office that their goal was to resume the Obama plan of using every single alphabet agency and executive authority to hurt businesses, oil and gas, and political enemies. Its sad and frightening to see it progressing everyday.

I'm not sure if people genuinely believe someone is going to say, "Wow, if some people say I'm a moron for not believing this, it clearly must be true."
