No. Most you can get to settle down without too much hassle. Sometimes you have to put them under a hat or log or something.

I used to see a lot of snakes on my property. Mostly water snakes but an occasional rate snake and a few others. Last year I saw no snakes. I don't know if it is the owls and hawks and possibly otters that sometimes pass through. I am seeing more pigs on the game camera. Perhaps they are taking a toll.
I hope I have some pictures to post this year.

He was camera ready and already posed that way. I don't have near the experience handling snakes that 12FMane does and given the wallop he'd pack, wouldn't have tried on him anyway. Just glad my zoom works well on the iPhone. LOL.

Tangent - I started saying this over and over while watching old Croc Hunter re-runs at 7am with my 4 yr old. Now she says it all the time - hilarious! Steve Irwin lives on in our casa.
