ABOUT THE SERVICE

What is Stacked?

Stacked is a subscription service that delivers content created in partnership with current student athletes. Stacked gives you increased access to these elite athletes that proudly wear the maroon & white while allowing them to be compensated for their name, image, and likeness (NIL).

What is NIL?

NIL refers to the rights of college athletes to monetize and profit from their personal brand, which consists of their Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL).

Why is it called "Stacked"?

"Stacked" is our effort to build a solid, sustainable, and successful NIL service, that when combined with all the other strengths of the maroon & white, stacks the deck in our favor.

What type of content should I expect from Stacked?

The Stacked service will begin by delivering regular current student athlete interviews and athlete-centric stories.

Is there a Stacked discussion forum?

No. We continue encourage the discussion of our student athletes within the Premium, Varsity or sport-related forum.

Are there user badges for Stacked subscribers?

Yes. Stacked subscribers will receive a badge by their username in both the forums and their profile page. The badge will indicate their Stacked subscription level.

Can I not have the Stacked badges by my username?

Yes. Once a Stacked subscriber, you can choose to hide your Stacked badge by updating the appropriate setting in your Account Settings.

SUBSCRIPTION DETAILS

Can I sign up for just a Stacked subscription?

No. A Stacked subscription (of any level) can only be added to a TexAgs Basic, Premium or Varsity subscription.

Do I have to restart my current subscription to add Stacked?

Yes. Although your current TexAgs subscription must be restarted, you will receive an automatic credit during the check-out process for what is remaining on your current monthly or annual subscription.

I have a trial, gift or discounted subscription. Can I still add a Stacked subscription?

Maybe. Please contact customer support for assistance in setting up a Stacked subscription with a non-standard TexAgs subscription.

Can I add on a monthly Stacked subscription to an annual Premium subscription?

No. Because a Stacked subscription requires a base TexAgs subscription (Basic, Premium, or Varsity), the term of both subscription must be synced together.

How do I cancel my Stacked subscription?

Like all other TexAgs subscriptions, the auto-renewal of Stacked can be canceled anytime in your account settings up until midnight of the day before your renewal.

Can I gift a Stacked subscription?

Not at this time.

STUDENT ATHLETE PARTICIPATION

How much of my subscription goes to the student athletes?

TexAgs is committed to creating a sustainable NIL subscription service that maximizes compensation to its contributors. In our initial year, a minimum of 75% of the proceeds from Stacked subscriptions will go to compensating participating student athletes for their NIL and role in creating the content.

Are all student athletes included?

Only student athletes contracted with TexAgs will receive compensation for their participation with the service.

OTHER DETAILS

What type of financial transparency should we expect?

While the form and frequency of such reports has yet to be determined, we will be reporting gross revenue from the Stacked subscription, amount earmarked for participating student athletes, and the amount paid to participating student athletes.

Can my business or organization sponsor Stacked content?
