However, since making my investment I now realize the company will neither thrive nor serve this societal imperative in its current form. Twitter needs to be transformed as a private company.

Hostile takeover, figured this was coming when he turned down the board seat. If he offered 25% over market value, doesn't the board have an obligation to its shareholders to seriously consider it.

I don't think Twitter will accept any offer from Elon. He could offer 200% above value and they'd reject it. Twitter doesn't act in the best interest of its shareholders. They act for the best interests of woke culture
