So did we get some foreshadowing that BY, or Grogu whatever you want to call him, is going to turn to the dark side further down the line?

This episode is what I've been waiting for all along.
Did anyone else see the Loth cat at 31:30?

Qui Gon force ghost would be incredible
Some theorize Cal Kestis from Jedi Fallen Order and would be in time period. I think Ezra is still lost
Also Ahsoka's thought on the bond the two share of father and son brings back the Filoni monologue on duel of the fates from season 1 documentary

On the lighter side of things, Beskar is turning into Valyrian Steel from Game of Thrones. It's the most precious and rare metal ever, but every rando in the galaxy seems to have some.
Seeing how well Mando's Beskar held up against Asokha's sabers, I suspect we'll see Moff Gideon in a suit of Beskar wielding the saber later this year.

Is it weird that I was more geeked about seeing Michael Biehn than anything this episode?
She learned Bojutsu in Japan from the looks of her Bonsai garden.OnlyForNow said:
Is there any indication where the magistrate learned to fight so well?
I mean she held off a Jedi for a few minutes with a staff of beskar.
Jason Isaacs always plays a pretty good villain.texasaggie04 said:
Who would you pick to play a live-action Thrawn? I actually think Paul Bettany would do a great job. Not sure if he perfectly matches the look, but I think his demeanor would work well.

So the imperials had beskar they pilfered during the purge and now this lady who was connected to an imperial had beskar. Probably also pilfered in the purge. How exactly does every rando have it?
And Gideon having it would make perfect sense. That's how Mando got it.

Isaacs would certainly keep up the tradition of imperials being british.
But thrawn isnt a normal imperial according to the expanded universe, which has a much better story than the sequel trilogy, Thrawn is the only alien to ascend the ranks of the imperial navy. The emperor distrusts non-humans, yet Thrawn is so calculating, brilliant, and ruthless that even the emperor could not discard him.
I suggest folks pick up the Timothy Zahn trilogy (probably $.99 used on amazon) and see what SW could have looked like if Disney had the foresight to license these stories.
