I would happily trade a small bite for a chance to handle an indigo! Wish I would have caught that one I saw earlier in the year but hopefully that's not my last chance.

FYI if you delete the "=" from the end of the Instagram link it should embed the post and you can see the pictures and video on Texags

Almost ran over this little guy just outside Smithville. After retrieving a stick from the ditch I tried to relocate him to said ditch. He wanted no part of it and slithered away under my truck after striking at me a few times. No mistaking exactly what he is.
