nice volume to start the day. This thing should be on the move today. As stated before, when the volume is there this is a great trading stock.
Who has joined one of the class actions?
What is the basis of the lawsuit? How could people sue HDY? Do they feel like they were tricked or something? Sounds like they didn't understand the risks.

Ill be hanging on to my shares for when i need a giant tax loss. That is about all they are good for right now. I may sink a bit more money into it just on the chance they strike decent in the deep water portion.

Are you really this much of an unhappy idiot, Htown??? They have a cure period and it looks like (based on today's 25% jump) someone may be interested in keeping them above the minimum NYSE listing level.
I know you'd love nothing more than for this stock to go all the way down to zero, and it very well may, but at least use facts to support your point instead of spinning them to validate your self worth.

As stated many times, I have no horse in the race, but do have a friend that is still "in", so I'd love nothing more to see this thing hit $10, but today's action (on lower volume) is nothing more than what a typical trading, manipulated stock will do. It could could up another 30% on zero news, then drop like a rock back to .60. This is just an example of one of the many things wrong with this casino.

Up to 1.04 right now. I had a buy order ready to submit yesterday for .63 but I wimped out. Really kicking myself now.

Instead of throwing yourself a pity party (and praying some of us will join you), you could have added to your "butt load of shares" and made > 60% in the past five days alone.
great action today on huge volume. Once again, it amazes me that the "stock market" is nothing more than a bunch of fatcat crooks.
I did do my due diligence. I have learned along this major decline that mamagement is poor and communication is beyond awful.

Bob08, how much would it cost you to go to a casino with a roulette wheel? I'd say betting it all on red or black is a better risk/reward scenario than HDY right now. That or learn TA and make money on these wild swings.

I think next time it hits a dollar I'm selling off. Quite a bit of a loss, but I think I can put that money to better use elsewhere, rather than waiting for the slim prospect of something good happening. Of course as soon as I sell, they'll hit the mother load shortly thereafter.
