The rest of that tweet:

Quote:

His audit - 60% error rate - results did not match ballot images.

Tally sheet totals didn't match the ballot images.

Found falsified tally sheets - 100 to nothing for Biden. Some were 200 to nothing, a technical impossibility. Whereas the ballot images showed a 60-40 ratio of Biden to Trump.
A Favorito backed lawsuit did manage to get some low resolution scans of some of the Fulton County ballots. Judge Amero was amenable to allowing a higher resolution scan but then flipped and dismissed the case altogethera few weeks later.

At one of the hearings held by the Georgia state senate subcommittee, a woman who was at the testing center to check the proper function of tabulators before they were put into service on election day, testified that all of the ballots that she and the other workers so tasked were left unsecured day after day. Those test ballots were indistingushable from an actual ballot. If those were injected into the system?

And to make matters worse, the Fulton County election employee teams overseeing that testing facility had a covid quarantine for ten days. The people sent to fill their places were all Dominion employees.

The thing about Favorito is that the 2020 election was not his first rodeo. He's been in the election integrity biz in Georgia for years and years. Funding lawsuits and appeals and working with the state lege on drafting new laws on all sorts of issues relating to elections. If that attorney had done any homework on him he would have never asked such an open ended question.

The shame is that Raffensperger is clearly corrupt and has stonewalled all of this, just like Maricopa did. Praying the damage can be reversed.

Really encourage people to watch the above stream for an explanation of what an entire clusterf*** the 2020 election in Fulton County really was.

County spent over a million for machines to process the mail in ballots which specifically was tasked to do signature verification, open the ballots, flatten them out and ready them to be tabulated. Only the signature verification feature never worked either before, during nor after the election nor the run off a few months later. So it affeced not only the general but the senate runoff.

Ditto for chain of custody records.Board of Election members kept asking for them to no avail. Zip, nada.

Surveillance video of drop boxes that the Board was told had been installed? They didn't ask for all of it, just a random sample for the 36 drop boxes to ensure it was done. Once again, zip, nada.

Final vote for certification was 3-2 in favor despite all of the laws that had been broken.

Seeral weeks back I posted an interview with Jocelyn Wade's divorce attorney. She said that if Nathan did not abide by the recently agreed to temporary support order and produce the documents requested she would call for depositions including of Fani.

BTW, neither she nor her client had any idea Nathan was named Special Prosecutor by Fani until the Trump indictment came down. That's how delinquent he was on his document production. Just an all around crappy guy.

He was hiding funds in his IOLTA account. He's extra scummy. He's trying to show his (soon to be ex) wife that he's poor but he's going on trips every other week. I bet if you dug into his business accounts at even an extremely high level you'd find that he ran all or most of his personal expenses through the business. Bradley even hinted at that when he slipped and said Wade used the firm card for a trip with Big Fani. Seems like he and his partners probably need to lose their licenses.

Not a surprise.

Quote:

Fulton County Superior Court Judge Scott McAfee on Thursday denied Trump's motion to have Fani Willis' RICO lawfare case dismissed on First Amendment claims.

"After considering the extensive briefing, the argument of counsel, and the indictment, the Court finds these vital constitutional protections do not reach the actions and statements alleged by the State. Nor do the statutes themselves facially violate the First Amendment," Judge Scott McAfee ruled on Thursday, Fox News reported.

"They argue this prosecution violates the First Amendment's protections of political speech and activity, freedom of association, and the right to petition Congress as-applied to their alleged conduct, and further contend that the indicted charges are overbroad," McAfee said.

She's apparently unaware the legal definition of "marriage" has an expressed but rarely reviewed clause that declares it "ends" when a spouse has an affair, so long as the other spouse doesn't pursue a divorce in order to get a kid through high school.

It's apparently in all the DEI legal textbooks.

Well, they were texting 12,000 times, calling 2,000 times and having midnight to 4 a.m. legal conferences before they ever started a romantic relationship, so it's possible. But then they broke up in June and had a "hard conversation" in August. But as to whether they're still boning, well, even if Deuce has his DJ equipment back at her house, you can't expect a reply to that because she's not going to emasculate a Black man.

A few problems, here.

First, Trump wasn't looking "to petition the government for a redress of grievances." As the head of the Executive Branch, he was the government. Not only that, but his grievance was that he lost the election. Not much the government can do when he loses.

Second, his right to petition does not exempt him, or anyone else, from obeying the rule of law. Coercing others to break laws is a criminal act and is punishable, regardless of the reason for doing it. Conspiring to overthrow an election is a direct attack on representative democracy, one of the major, and novel, foundations of our nation.
It is much easier to fool someone than it is to convince someone that he has been fooled.

Can you tell me when Trump was appointed the head of the Georgia government? Aka the government he was petitioning.to redress grievances.

You also are twisting facts. You say he was petitioning because he lost. In reality he was petitioning because there were a lot of irregularities that he was asking the Georgia government to look into.

I'll refrain from further addressing you because there's not a leftist lie you'll refuse to believe wholeheartedly so it's not worth my time to keep going.

You're ascribing bad motives and ill intent to actions which you have taken wildly out of context. Those are your opinions of the intentions of a political figure that you hate. To state them as fact is dishonest at best. The Democrat's warped narrative is what this entire case is predicated on and it's beyond pathetic and a gross misapplication of legal authority. At least acknowledge the much more likely intentions of someone that just lost an extremely shady election to an lying **** bag hermit with dementia and a penchant for pedophilia.

Someone needs to do a profile on what Fani was like in law school.

Assuming of course her fellow law students would be willing or able to talk about her.

Her mock trials must have been something else.

Or…. Is it because the governor of Georgia doesn't have the power to pardon anyone?

But your absurd diatribe in the presence of a lone, simple fact is perhaps the best measure of your true contribution to the discourse on this topic.

1) Nobody was coerced to do anything.
2) The charges related to the phone call to which you're referring have been dismissed.
3) Reading the transcript of the phone call clearly shows he wanted voter fraud investigated. His conclusion was that the investigation of his claims would lead to a different outcome. He said "find," not "fabricate." Two completely different words.
3) Our president does not rule through decree. He followed the same avenues available to anyone who claims to have been adversely impacted by government action.

Not sure if your TDS stands for Trump Derangement Syndrome or Trolling Dysthymia Syndrome, none the less I'll leave that to the experts, however Georgia is one of the four states (Georgia, Nebraska, Nevada, Utah) whose governor does not have the authority to grant clemency, although the governor retains indirect influence by virtue of his power to appoint the members of State Board of Pardons and Paroles the part of the executive branch of Georgia's government, that are the only constitutionally authorized body with the power to grant paroles, pardons, reprieves, remissions, commutations, and to restore civil and political rights. So regardless of how anyone feels about Kemp, he's powerless to simply Pardon 45. However Kemp signed a law less than a month ago that lets a state commission begin operating with powers to discipline and remove prosecutors, and that commission has Willis under review as we speak.
