He had been second chair and only handling a few things. Anna Cross was lead counsel handling most of their side of the hearing. But Cross has been absent from court hearings since the day she threw a chaos bomb on Bradley and called him a liar.

This guy,, Abbate had to step in.

Dont know if Cross resigned or Fani fired her. Haven't heard anyone say she was sick.

safe to assume this guy just checks off a certain box for hiring that has to do with diversity....he wasn't hired for his skills thats obvious.

Like I said earlier, I would love to see Fanni and her stable of minions go after Trump. Her and her staff are a complete clown show.

Removed? That means she was fired. You don't remove lead counsel in the middle of a hearing and keep them on the rest of the case.

He would still remain the judge is my understanding. Just new prosecutors from anoth countu office will be substituted, if any are.

Yes, he looks just as bad.

But the exposed comment was to Yeartie's appearance, not Willis. But the judge could just as easily ask that same question of Willis. Why fight the subpoena so hard and then voluntarily testify anyway?

Anna Cross was shown on the Zoom call. She appears to be watching but not participating.

I'm guessing she was removed (or removed herself) due to the Bradley events. Is this an issue that arose out of her obviously not correcting statements she knew to be false before burning him? In other words, was she in a legal pickle that forced her to take a back seat?

Well it was quite the chaos bomb that she threw in there towards Bradley, a friendly witness to them from his evasive testimony upon direct. I don't know how that came about but it was obviously planned because she had two witnesses waiting outside and ready to testify.

Then again, this entire hearing has been pretty screwed up.
