Neither can I, FWIW. He's complaining about Yeartie's testimony being incomplete and not detailed but they had the opportunity to cross her on those issues.AustinCountyAg said:

Whether she'll be able to control herself or will throw another tantrum.texagbeliever said:Why is this a big deal?aggiehawg said:

He had been second chair and only handling a few things. Anna Cross was lead counsel handling most of their side of the hearing. But Cross has been absent from court hearings since the day she threw a chaos bomb on Bradley and called him a liar.1836er said:Is this guy a real lawyer... this is pathetic.AustinCountyAg said:

They said the first day she was absent that she was removed from the case.aggiehawg said:He had been second chair and only handling a few things. This guy,, Abbate had to step in.
Dont know if Cross resigned or Fani fired her. Haven't heard anyone say she was sick.
Removed? That means she was fired. You don't remove lead counsel in the middle of a hearing and keep them on the rest of the case.Quote:

He would still remain the judge is my understanding. Just new prosecutors from anoth countu office will be substituted, if any are.Foreverconservative said:
McAfee now has solid ground to get this politically disastrous case off his docket, and referred to Skandalakis and McAfee walks away
That's the reason I used the word fired first thing that dayForeverconservative said:

I'm not watching, but does this guy look as bad as he sounds? Umm, ughh, in reference, as to…
Did he also just say Willis fought the subpoena because she didn't want to get exposed?
He was second chair, mostly the paper/pleading document guy until lead counsel Cross was fired.TxAgLaw03RW said:
Thanks. I'm having trouble following this dude. He clearly picked the wrong area of practice.
Well it was quite the chaos bomb that she threw in there towards Bradley, a friendly witness to them from his evasive testimony upon direct. I don't know how that came about but it was obviously planned because she had two witnesses waiting outside and ready to testify.1872walker said:
Anna Cross was shown on the Zoom call. She appears to be watching but not participating.
I'm guessing she was removed (or removed herself) due to the Bradley events. Is this an issue that arose out of her obviously not correcting statements she knew to be false before burning him? In other words, was she in a legal pickle that forced her to take a back seat?
