The judge DENIED her motion to dismiss the Open Records Case and has ordered an evidentiary hearing in two weeks to discover all the documents Willis has been hiding.

The past 72 hours have not been pretty for Fani. Her daughter got arrested, and the whole world saw her show up at the scene with Nathan Wade, who she claimed she was no longer in a relationship with, meaning she perjured herself in court.
Have I mentioned recently I am really a fan of Ashleigh Merchant? She is a pit bull going after that awful witch Fani. Hope she gets the goods soon, holds a presser and manages to get Fani defeated in the election. (However unlikely that would be. Her predecessor as Fulton County DA Paul Howard was a Black guy, corrupt as hell and held that office for over twenty years.)

A Georgia judge dismissed two counts Thursday against former President Donald Trump in the Georgia 2020 election interference case.
Fulton County Judge Scott McAfee said the two counts fall under federal jurisdiction. Both counts deal with conspiracy and filing false documents. Five counts of the original indictment against Trump have now been dismissed. Three were dropped earlier this year by Judge McAfee, who ruled that the charges lacked detail. Trump now faces eight remaining counts in the case, out of the original 13.
Trump's lawyers said in a statement, "President Trump and his legal team in Georgia have prevailed once again."

The proceedings in the Trump case have been temporarily halted since June, while the Georgia Court of Appeals reviews McAfee's ruling allowing Willis to continue prosecuting the case.
