No idea. What we know for sure is the elected Democrats are actively working to put criminals back on the street to the detriment of the people they are supposed to be serving. It's overwhelming our police force and causing exorbitant amounts of monetary damage and lives.

It's just common sense...far fewer criminals and drug pushers would be coming in through the borders with this stuff if Republicans were in charge. Crime would be much lower as well. This admin has opened up the floodgates and if you know anyone who lives in certain parts of S Texas, you know it has been crazy for a while now. My buddy and his son routinely roll up on groups of illegals down there, many of which are tatted up gangbanger dudes from Mex, Guatemala or Honduras. Hardly any women and children.

Question.

These arrest records/ bond records we see over and over on this thread. Can a normal person look these up for someone they know getting out of prison that they really don't want around their kids?

If so, how? Assume they've likely had legal issues in Harris, Galveston, most likely other surrounding counties.

I know that lawyers have access to the records online through the clerk's website. You can look up Defendant and case info, which usually has bond filings.

I'm not sure how gen pop gets access. I believe that an in-person trip to the clerk's office and a request would get you access to the physical case file, but not sure any more.

For people in prison, go the the TDCJ.texas.gov website and do an offender search. That will let you know if and when they will be let out of a Texas prison.

If and when they get out talk to someone at the sheriff's office to find out about their parole such as name of parole officer and what county they will be living in.

They're out and living in Galveston.

While they were in prison I didn't have to worry about it, but now that they're out I'm worried they'll be invited to Christmas festivities. I've already voiced my displeasure, but family members are shocked I wouldn't want my kids around a felon with mental health issues.

As I'm heading for family drama at Christmas, I want to pull his record to see what reality is because I don't believe I or even my family know the whole truth on number of arrests and convictions. If I'm going to have to choose about missing family Christmas and being labeled a pariah, I want to have as much info as possible. And I don't know how to do that.

I was the victim of jugging once. 0
I've been trying to get jugged again but alas, no luck thus far.


My advice if you suspect or are concerned that you may be a potential victim of jugging:
1) after leaving a bank/atm, always be aware of who/what vehicles are following you when leaving the parking lot and drive a ways then pull into a somewhat vacant area of a parking lot/shopping center and see if anyone is following you. Always find an area where you have numerous options of egress (dont box yourself in).

2) Concealed carry.
