I seriously doubt that she'd be willing to open herself up to a perjury charge for that.

As it stands, she's likely left herself enough wiggle room based upon "what she was told"/ recollection. And with the anti-Trump position she has taken, the partisan committee won't hold her account.

That position would be quite different if she intentionally deceived them and stabbed them in the back

I think you're correct. And there are others too. Larry has also assured us they have all the evidence to convict...he's just so darn frustrated that they haven't yet...what could be holding them up?

The whole "any day now!" narrative is never-ending amusement. People may hide behind snarky comments about Trump and Republican voters, but deep down they truly believe he's about to be prosecuted...they just need more time. They're true believers. Even without him in the White House, they still can't quit him. They can't stop talking about him. They can't stop hating him.

I think you were on to something with Trump using a condiment outside of the labeling. Plus there is the possible use of the brand name "Ketchup" instead catsup could be a trademark violation. GOT EM!!

Exactly. This entire hearing has been scripted to show only one side.

This is what is killing me about posts here, on Twitter, and on Facebook. "These people who are testifying have chose to do it under oath, and those who are defending Trump won't come testify under oath."

Yeah, well, the committee has a lot to do with that!

For the life of me I cannot understand why anyone still engages keith.
