If Memphis is wearing shinguards they must be the size of a small bandaid. Some players take note of things like tiny shinguards and purposefully take whacks at the large unprotected areas.

Nah, they are building clouds and running the outdoor A/C, so it'll be fine. Players probably won't even need to hydrate, nothing to worry about.

Netherlands have run into a team that's making them work for it. Czechs are really giving it their all. Netherlands might be the better team but they've got to do more than what they're currently showing.

I disgree with the red card here only because if de ligt was an attacking player the call probably would have been him being fouled. Attacking players always purposely handle the ball before the whistle like that. I think it was probably cynical in this case but its subjective

I think he handled it on the way down because he thought he was getting the foul call, not to deny an obvious goal scoring opportunity for checks
