I was referring to the play right before it, where the dude cut back at the endline and was wide open going into the box but decided to flop instead.

England, Scotland, and Wales are all in the tournament, Ireland didn't make it. I would say the probability of some Irish interlopers is quite high. I would think that guy's descendants are almost certainly there.
