Do you think Medhi's recommended starting weights in relation to your max are too low, too high, just right? Do you add any kind of supplemental exercises either on workout days or during the rest days?
I'm starting a tweaked version of 5x5 on Monday and just wondering what kind of progression you guys have made. Thanks!
