BTW, the workout only calls for 1 set of 5 on deadlift, not 5 sets of 5 like all the other lifts.

Not during any exercise I can pinpoint. Finished 17 with no problems. Woke up sore but nothing unusual. Next day was a vastly different story. Maybe hurt it doing something else. Don't know. Bummed I'm on the bench though.
