I hear you, but if you injure a child and then they die...how the heck is that not murder? A ton or murders are simply injuring someone who dies a few minutes, a few hours, or a few days later. They killed their baby, if they caused injury to it and it died. It's a concept I just can't grasp I guess.

Neither one of these monsters should see the free world ever again...yet they probably will have a very good chance with just "injury to a child".

Here's a new one to discuss that happened downtown. Road rage, dude in an i3 BMW pulls out a shotgun. I'm not sure if I was the guy in the truck that he wouldn't have gotten shot. I struggle to think that I'd sit and fight with him with my window down, or be the random guy trying to help. Sorry for the Reddit link.

Our after prom party was eight or ten of us. We went to the home of a friend's grandparents. They had a big place on the lake and an indoor pool so we hung out and went swimming until 2am or so and then went home.

It was a good time!

My guess is this houston prom party had one of the dads upset that things were happening similar to the American Pie after prom party.

It was a fair fight. 16 year old pulled his handgun too so all good. No charges filed.

During the argument, deputies say the man and Zetino both pulled handguns and fired at each other.
