Those guys aren't new to organized crime.
I wonder if cops even really pursue these kind of things sometimes as long as no innocent people were caught in the crossfire.

People that do things like this to animals are a ticking time bomb waiting to be a serial killer or abuser.

PETA is an organization of whackos, but I would not be opposed to this guy being handed over to them. He gets punished, and taxpayers don't foot the bill.

I've become somewhat desensitized to the non-stop violence, but this just hit me in the gut. I lost a grandfather in 1982 that was my absolute hero, who I think about often to this day (every time I pick up a fishing rod) and would give anything to have more time with. My grandmother lost one of her sons a few years later and showed the rest of the family the definition of strength and love. Lost her too young to cancer.

This is unthinkable to me.

One of our tenant's employees went outside right at lunch time today and witnessed a young black gentleman using a slim jim to help himself to the contents of cars parked in our lot on 11th street.
