Those alerts are a good idea. But of course, once the government gets involved they are abused. I turned off all alerts when we started getting them pushed to our phones during Covid.

I thought I had most alerts blocked due to abuse, but not the blue alerts apparently. Nice blaring alarm at 11:16PM, and then again this morning.
I have my phone on silent, so when it starts vibrating like that in the middle of the night, I always assume it's someone calling me to say that someone in the family has passed away.

Same. Once Dora used it for the COVID emergency notifications, I turned them all off. I know a lot of people that did. The use of it by that dumb witch has caused hundreds of thousands to never see an Amber Alert or any other emergency notification ever again. No I don't think they should send more officers in at all. Just didn't see the point in tearing up certain parts of the house for no apparent reason.

Walton and Johnson listed his criminal history the morning after he shot the LEO
so some poor ******* is on the hook for their deductible for at least 1/2 of a home remodel.
So wish I could post what needs to happen to all these judges continually letting hardened criminals off the hook.

I doubt any of that reporting would happen without Andy Kahn, reporters don't do that much independent research.
