Not even close to confident anything would form by the 4th. That image is 192 hour, or 8 days out! Forecasters and meteorologists will tell you they have some confidence in a 3 day hurricane forecast, but anything beyond that they barely have any confidence in. I always get a little choked up seeing those convoys roll by. Linemen are a very tight knit community, and they are always ready to jump in and lend a hand.
