Meh. Majority off shore. You live on the island that's what you get.
Bigger issue could be if it sits out there for 3 days dumping rain then the 60-70mph winds come through and take out the trees.

None of that looks like Harvey at all. Harvey staled over Houston. This is showing a skirt along the islands which are built for high water and drain within hours of flooding - you know, off the islands all directions and into the bay / ocean.

Looks like its coming ashore near Matagorda and staying just inshore up the coast now. I would think this leads to a wider swath getting more rain.

Depends on what what model(s) are driving the input. Doesn't seem like a big deal if spaced over a few days.

Rain totals are difficult to predict but they did just up the forecast a lot over a larger area.
More and more models are now pushing it inland after landfall where it dies.
