NHC 10am update has it weakening some relative to their last update.
Laura westward shift in models. Fascinating scenario to read about regardless with these 2 storms.
There are probably going to be parts of TX and LA in both cones in the next couple of days...

He had to have meant Laura. He kept repeating that there was less than 10% chance we feel any effects. That stuck out to me, because I thought it was odd that even for a weak storm, we wouldn't feel anything.
