I'm watching both Reed and Jeff's streams now... they are basically in the same exact location. Difference in Reed is on street level watching the conditions and Jeff and doing more analysis of the situation..

Was watching a cam in Cameron...right about the time the eye was going to show up, it got slammed with a storm surge all of a sudden. Looks like a 5-6 foot wall of water hit all at once.

I really don't understand the point of her doing that. If they want to show the force of the wind, they could show it hitting **** in the city. Whoever called them "Weather Channel crash test dummies" gets an award.

We lived in Lake Charles during Harvey and we live in the Houston area now. I guess we're just lucky. My heart breaks for everyone in Lake Charles. Guaranteed the house we lived in gets trees through it.
