2 stroke (& some 4?) engines hate ethanol. It degrades fuel lines and gums up carburetors. Old engines and equipment also weren't designed to resist ethanol which poses different chemical problems than straight gas.

I use it for my lawnmower. Unlike regular gas, it doesn't mess up the engine if it sits unused awhile. Before I flipped to Ethanol-free, I had to have my mower repaired multiple times because I didn't drain the gas before putting it away since I never knew how long it would go unused.

Briarcrest Chick-Fil-a opened up and shut down half of Briarcrest in the process. At one point in time during lunch, cars were lined up halfway to the Murphy's entrance on Briarcrest for the drive thru. I'm not saying I didn't miss me some nuggets but dang.
I dont get the appeal of Chik fil a. Also, that new chip seal on Briarcrest is the worst.
I like Chick Fil-A. I don't get Whataburger's appeal. To each their own.

You are correct - to each their own. I meant that I don't get the appeal of sitting in a long-*ss line for chicken when there are other fast food places with chicken that are just as good. And Whataburger is awesome.armymom said:

The Pappas family are the major shareholders. That's why they got into a big fight with Phil Gramm and his son. The Gramms owned just enough stock to have a say in how the business is run. But, again, the Pappas family own the major part of the company. They are not just the management of the company. Last numbers I saw was Harris and Chris papas own about 37% and bandera the Gramm owned hedge fund own close to 10%, but this was late 2019. So between both groups they held less than half of the company. The papas other establishments are private and not part of the Lubys bankruptcy
