On the marketing materials for Jones Crossing, Toasted Yolk was listed along with several other restaurants as being deemed a good fit for the location. Another Broken Egg is going in that spot.

The only new development on the College Station new development page this week is a 57 foot tall, 4,500 square foot apartment building called Northgate Apartments. It is at the corner of 1st and Louise.

DEVELOPMENT PROJECTS IN PLANNING STAGES

1. Heart of Texas Goodwill (initial SDRC submittal December 10, 2019) new 24,628 square foot building for use as retail and office space, adjoining the south side of Boonville Road just west of its intersection with Briarcrest Drive and currently addressed as 2710 Boonville Road.
2. Stone City Drive Laydown Yard (initial SDRC submittal December 10, 2019) new 6,000 square foot warehouse building with laydown yard, located at the south corner of the intersection of Shiloh Avenue and Stone City Drive and currently addressed as 502 Stone City Drive.
3. Panda Express (initial SDRC submittal November 26, 2019) New 2,356 square foot restaurant building adjoining the east side of Briarcrest Drive between Freedom Boulevard and Oak Ridge Drive, in front of the Briarcrest Walmart, and currently addressed as 2200 Briarcrest Drive.
4. Stoneturf Direct (initial SDRC submittal November 19, 2019) Proposed material and truck yard on 1.69 acres adjoining the east side of Clarks Lane and east of its intersection with Hawks Street and currently addressed as 2814 Clarks Lane.
5. Highway 21 Diesel Canopy (initial SDRC submittal November 19, 2019) Proposed installation of a diesel gas pump canopy with parking. Being 1.28 acres adjoining the west side of East State Highway 21 between Brookhaven Street and Tabor Road and currently addressed as 2308 E SH-21.
6. Rudder Pointe Subdivision Park (initial SDRC submittal October 1, 2019) - Proposed privately maintained public park with soccer and softball fields, covered patio area, playground, and 10-foot improved walking trail. Being 6.55 acres located at the northwest corner of Rudder Pointe Parkway and Old Reliance Road.
7. Comfort Inn & Suites (initial SDRC submittal October 8, 2019) - New 12,935 square foot hotel building with pool. Being 3.92 acres adjoining the west side of North Earl Rudder Freeway West frontage road, approximately 780 to 1200 feet north of its intersection with East William Joel Bryan Parkway.
8. Fabrication Facility (initial SDRC submittal October 15, 2019) - New 8,400 square foot wholesale and fabrication facility within Phase 11 of the Carrabba Industrial Park located at the northeast intersection of Gooseneck Drive and Cemino Drive.
9. Austin's Colony Subdivision Phase 21A (initial SDRC submittal October 15, 2019) - Final Plat of 63 low density residential lots being 14.13 acres located north of the terminus of Bullinger Creek Drive and southeast of Austin's Estates Drive.
10. Colson Road Storage (initial SDRC submittal October 22, 2019) - Two new 5,900 square foot storage buildings on property adjoining the northwest side of Colson Road between North Earl Rudder Freeway and Clarks Lane, currently addressed as 3210 Colson Road.
11. Sunbelt Rentals (initial SDRC submittal October 22, 2019) - New 2,000 square foot building and a 4,500 square foot addition to an existing structure for equipment sales adjoining the east side of North Earl Rudder Freeway East Frontage Road, approximately 550-825 feet northwest of its intersection with Colson Road and currently addressed as 1740 North Earl Rudder Freeway.
