If this is based on the sign out front, I think it's just that the property is for sale, I think I recall a news story about it a while back.

Funny how that Tad's sign was there forever.. and now that they've broken ground, the construction seems to be proceeding at a snail's pace as well (and was slow before all the c-virus crap came along). I hope that's not any indication of how long you'll have to wait to get your order once they're open.

That sign isn't coming down anytime soon. It is grandfathered under old codes. It actually adds value to the property depending on who buys it.

Well maybe they can change the info. Whats the point of sign with no business?
The point of the sign is that it is existing, and taller than the city allows to be built now. This is quite valuable for places like fast food. So far as changing the name on it goes, why would the real estate people waste the money? It wouldn't change the value of the property.
The gas station/restaurant construction seems to be underway at Kenyon and Holleman South. Haven't seen much progress on Wellborn Road's Dunkin' though.
Krab Kingz is moving in with Southerns and taking over their kitchen starting 5/7/2020. Full menu.

Website and FB posts just say they're closed temporarily. I wonder if they decided it wasn't worth reopening at the 25% capacity. I highly doubt it's closed for good, as it's a model that they've either franchised out or opened other stores around the country themselves, not sure which. I hope they aren't closed, they're on our regular rotation.

Not surprised as I've read that 20% of Texas restaurants are probably closed for good.
Gold's Gyms declared bankruptcy on Monday. Thirty locations now closed for good. Our locations spared for now. Company owned locations are more likely to be closing. Franchisees are fine.

We've ordered almost every week. It's all been excellent.
Stage Stores which owns Bealls and Gordmans has filed for bankruptcy. Both Bealls will be open until inventory is cleared and close for good, unless somebody steps in and buys them out.
