you put a lot of effort into that. Kudos

Seriously? Yes, I specifically mentioned the RW right there. <shakes head>

I have no idea what is going to happen in the show.
As has been pointed out repeatedly, the show does not completely follow the books.

On the actual show. I'm sad with how they have handled Sam so far. They've really neutered any of the growth he had up to this point. While he didn't grow much beyond the wall, he did boost his confidence and become more confident. Hopefully they will be able to incorporate that later in the show.

Really?

why cant you guys just stay off that thread? They have pretty much said several times they dont want readers on there. I dont know why some of you guys feel the need to either 'enlighten' them or pretend like nonreaders. There are plenty of resources on the internet if they want to know more, or they can come ask on this thread.
not necessarily directed at you BTK, i just find it dumb that readers go over there and pretend like nonreaders. seems juvenile to me and it just turns into spoiler arguments over and over. ok im done ranting.

The only reason I can see anyone would do it was to prove how smart you are when all your hints turn out to be true.

And that's different from this thread how?
quote:
I just think it is narcissism to point them in the right direction.
quote:
Lol wow. You can't be serious. Come on dude

This thread just became so awesome. Thanks BTK. You truly are a d-bag!

If you've read the books, there is a decent chance you will either consciously or subconsciously steer the conversation off the natural path. People may learn that the opposite of what you say is normally right. Or if you try to steer them off a path, the path is probably right. Or whatever you say happens to be true. What you comment on is often a spoiler in itself, it shows them that a particular scene or action holds future importance
quote:
so you get the story from us, but not the books? is it fun to watch the show and be like "aw yeah I know what's about to go down"?
quote:
Wow, you are watching the show and intentionally sought out spoilers? That's so strange to me. I wanted to know more so I read the books, I can't imagine just reading the Wikipidea page to find out about the RW. Would be so anticlimactic.
