Sharpen your mower blade.
They're brand new blades. I just replaced them this Spring. I knew I should have sharpened them before installing.one MEEN Ag said:

Unfortunately I didn't get a photo or kill it for that matter, but I got hit in the top of the foot by an approximately 12 inch copperhead last night.
Pretty damn painful experience.

Sorry to hear that, but glad you're okay. Was it pretty painful?
An official snake thread first. Congrats, hope you feel better soon!betadawg1 said:

Sorry that happened. Is there a good story when you feel like it?

Nothing good. I replaced a sink and was dumping a bucket of water into a flower bed. The bed was one step into the grass and that's all it took.
Did they give you any treatment (other than cool foot artwork and observation?)betadawg1 said:CowtownAg06 said:

Lucky you didnt walk out of there with a bill for crofab. Some people will argue that once the swelling and bruising crosses a major joint you call it a moderate envenomation which would indicate therapy. Not saying that I would or would not have given it, there is way more to the decision than some pictures online, I'm just noting that I've definitely seen crofab given for bites that look like that. Scheduled tylenol and plenty of water for the next few days
