Yes sir. It was also much bigger than this snake. Approximately 3-3.5' long. Looked similar in its marking however. Also in Eden (hour south of Abilene).Badace52 said:

Figured you knew... just being a little bit of a sarcastic ass... It is entirely possible it is the same snake, but I will say that I caught over 20 rat snakes in the same 15X8 foot chicken coop over the course of two weeks one time. I know they were different snakes because I kept them all for those two weeks before my parents found out I was hiding them in a shed by our house.
