Word is, just based on what I've read elsewhere, that the back-end system is different, so that's gone. I don't know from experience because I have only put in for points the last few years.

In all honesty I clicked on a different thread earlier and it was a different ad. Come back to this one and get the booty lingerie one again... there may be some truth to this !

My Colorado bear tag is official. I just got the email.

I promised my brother I'd take him on his first western hunt. So naturally, Colorado OTC archery elk. It looks as though now I get to hike around with my Barrett Fieldcraft.

It seems to be all over the place. I have gotten the CC charge, but no email, and no change in my online account (either in draw status or PP totals). Others have gotten emails but no charges, etc. And it also seems to vary by species.

Colorado site says "entered" on elk for me but that's it. could make a difference since I put in as a 2nd choice draw, and 1st choice pref point.

For Deer, mine says "not awarded" even though I just did a pref point... is this normal?

Elk point uploaded on my CO account.

And my deer application shows "Accepted" now. No point for deer, so I'm assuming I drew first choice- which would be the Muzzleloader tag again (which I didn't expect with 0 points!). I might have also gotten a private land only doe tag, but I'm not sure.

I'll wait for the chickens to hatch officially- but I will be pronghorn hunting in NM, mule deer hunting in CO, and bighorn sheep hunting in CO! Hoping to squeeze a trip down to our ranch in TX for some deer and hogs with my son too. I'm also slated to take 2 buddies up for archery elk... so, I might just not have time to elk hunt myself, what a wonderful problem to have!

Man, I'm blessed to live up here!

Yes, it's their way of saying "no license awarded". Mine says that for pronghorn and elk, as I just put in for points. Just make sure the point shows up in your account, and you are good.

This. It will take a day or two to shake out. I'm not sure why, but it seems a little more haphazard this year

For me- my account changed before my CC got hit. Others are opposite. No rhyme or reason with DOW this year

Wasn't this year when they made the change over to the new system and new fee schedule? If so, that's probably part of the issue.
