Why not do this for F2? There's no way someone who doesn't have their F1 license (or certification, or whatever), will be interrupting an F1 race. If that was the case, some Saudi prince would have paid for the privilege by now.

I don't follow F1 that closely, but don't understand why a spin out going 50 yds off the track with no debris would get a red flag. Why is the qualifying structured to screw every other driver over when someone screws up?
