I remember watching that race and thinking that Alonso had the best luck ever with the timing of his pit stop.

If Ferrari hadn't botched Massa's pit stop and signaled him to go with the fuel hose attached there would be no issue. He only has his team to blame.

Doesn't Ferrari have the option to put a driver from their academy in one of those seats? So does that mean Ferrari doesn't want to put their top jr driver in that seat because, Haas? Or is it because there will be a seat available at Ferrari next year? Or the next guy isn't ready for F1 yet?

So stoked to see Liam in F1. Him and Juri were the main two drivers I flew to Silverstone to meet lol. That Super Formula experience will help for sure as its closer to F1 than F2 but with just a practice session in that track he's for sure being thrown to wolves. Think fans will give him a pass as he is 21 vs DeVries who had more experience and was like 27

Did Sargeant make contact on the start when he locked up that caused him to drop to last before he wrecked?

And I have to wonder what Williams strategy is thinking keeping Albon out there. It may pay off, but not looking good.

Did we get anything more definitive on why Charles was out? Been very underwhelming this year and, if they haven't already, Ferrari needs to consider how well Sainz has been driving this year. He's #1 until LEC does anything more.

Boy that was chaotic today!

Mercedes strategy team is a mess and should be ridiculed as much as Ferrari's is.

Ferrari continues to be a laugh.

It's insane how much of a difference Max and Checo are in the same car. I almost get the feeling that checo gets shafted by Red Bull in favor of Max.

I don't see how Max doesn't win everything else this year. Just domination. It's impressive really.

I was thinking that today too. Before the season I thought there's no way red bull could win every race just because they would certainly DNF a few, but that doesn't seem to be the case this year.
