I think this was originally planned for Emilia Romagna but is was canceled.

Replies to that tweet link to the German auto motor sport website and in the article it mentions Red Bull and Aston Martin. Basically it is saying that because RB and AM are developing their own production hypercars that are heavily based on F1 parts, they have found a loop hole where they can develop on the hypercar and it doesn't count towards the F1 budget cap. In the article they described the RB17 hypercar as an F1 car with disguised wheels.

What a crazy quali for Mercedes. Glad to see that McLaren's updates weren't a 1-2 week fluke. Gonna be fun to see if they can catch anyone in the constructors.

The start definitely had some excitement to it. Until they showed the replay, I thought the Alpines just took each other out. But it wasn't their fault. Zhou took them out and caused Danny to drop position as well. Seems like 5 seconds was a bit light.

The only thing really interesting was watching Perez and Russel make their ways through the field. Perez just needs to figure out qualifying. On race day he's easily one of the top drivers on the track.

Not a terrible race in my opinion. I thought the McLaren v Checo v Lewis dynamic was pretty entertaining along with the Ferrari infighting and general dumbassery

really fun qualy but man that track is just not set up to provide a lot of excitement in the race.
Starting to wonder if tracks should be required to update too as cars develop. They are just to big now for some of these tracks.

I'm guessing it was the bad luck at the start that caused Danny to drop down to 18th for a while before making it back to P13.
I was glad to see that Danny was able to recover and finish in P13 in that car. Pretty solid weekend for him. Hopefully he will show improvement each race the rest of the year.
