I loved the lie detector with Hamilton. They need to do that with a different driver each week.
MClaren looks terrible. I mean...what a mess.
I hoped Haas would take a step forward. Looks the same.
Don't know what to think about Ferrari. They looked better than all but Red Bull for 80% of the race.
Happy for Sargent..he did well. Glad to see Williams halfway up the board instead of last, and grab a point.
Freaking Alonso! That race by him was a blast to watch. I hope we get a lot more of that from him this year. 'Yes! Bye Bye'

Absolute masterclass from Ocon today. He was my vote for driver of the day.
Has to hurt merc a little bit to see Aston Martin take their same engine and build a better car around it
I still think Ferrari is still slightly above Aston Martin despite the results today. Lec and Sainz were pretty firmly in the Top 4 until Lec car failure.
However, Aston Martin has at least pulled even with Mercedes in overall stature. Stroll did an excellent job of holding off Russell, so that says a lot.
One thing I noticed today was the sheer amount of experience in the Top 10. Everyone was at least 5 years into their career.
I wish Hulk could have had a better weekend as well. He looked like the comeback story of the weekend early in Quali yesterday. Hope he continues to improve this season.

Pretty boring race unless you're an Alonso fan. Most of the race had 1+ second intervals between each car (Alonso excluded). I'm left wondering if the teams found a way to dirty up the air for following cars like they did in 2021.
I really think that 2 to 3 races should be a reverse order on the last race run. I do enjoy the races when the top teams have to start at the back of the grid due to engine penalties. They will lose a lot of US fans if it is the same finish basically every week
Has anyone seen any viewership numbers for the race yesterday? Or just the weekend overall? Every FP, Qualifying, and the Race was either on ESPN2 or ESPN.

I think they should do it for a sprint race. Would be interesting
I feel like this is one of those situations where better tv action =\= better for the sport
