Every Spur scored
David West, who normally comes off the bench, had a double-double with 14 pts and 13 boards.

Is there any team that has a bench as good as the Spurs?

Well they play Detroit in the second game of a back to back on the road 2 days before they play Cleveland. It's just the type of game that the Spurs could come out flat.
