I don't dislike Messina, but I don't love him either. Wouldn't be that upset if it happened. Best case would be being able to replace him with someone like Blatt.

I'd be ok with Pau. Always thought his style of play would fit in really well with our offense and he's still a good defender. Probably depends on what happens with Timmy after this season.

Pau said he would take a cut to play for a contender. I think he and Duncan could easily coexist at 20-25 mpg each. Especially if David West tries to get a little money in the pocket next year by going elsewhere. Gasol is already a great passer and would have very little adjustment time to the Beautiful Game.

LMA/Gasol/Boban/Duncan/Diaw. Going super small is en vogue, but the Spurs could trot out Gasol/LMA/Diaw/Kawhi/Parker and really make teams pay for that.
