I saw that on Thursday's they are doing a social with a bucket of beer and a bucket of balls for $25. Not sure about any other prices.

I was going to say same thing. Website has no info on where this is, hours, pricing, what they offer, etc. terrible marketing. Social presence looks to be only tiktok or instagram which you need an account to view full content. Spent 5 min trying to get more info without finding anything.
Video looks like there is absolutely no shade in the courtyard. Bad for texas. I wouldn't give this place very long before its shut down
The multiple delays before opening doesn't instill a lot of confidence. Wishing them the best!

When do they expect Buc-ee's to be completed? I hope it's finished before next football season. That place would get a ton of traffic on game days if they have food out.

I heard they would be testing out new foods routinely and letting the public taste test them. Is that not accurate? Also, I would assume they would have some version of their regular food items in there as well. It would be an easy sell for games. People in the SEC love Bucees.

Generally testing out new foods is done in a test kitchen with volunteers who are filling out score cards/comments on each bite. It isn't the same as passing out samples on game day. A&M already does this. There is a test kitchen in Kleburg that uses both trained panels and general panels. Buc-ee's could be a client, but they likely won't tell you who they are testing products for.
There is supposed to be a retail store type setup "run by students." As I understand it, it is intended to be a retail channel for student launched products. There is a business class where students develop a product, make business plans, marketing plans, and ultimately sell the product. I could also see it stocking A&M honey produced by the honey bee lab and things like that.
Since A&M now stocks some bucees items at convenience stores on campus there might be some bucees items, but it wont be a bucees store and wont be branded as such.
