Happy to hear they finally opened. But their social media sucks. Absolutely no details about what they offer.

Peter Madden's new concept is Rosie's Pasta Bar and Catering, which is also in Caprock Crossing, in the former Costa Vida location. Signage is going up now. Not sure when they will open.

It's a jv between Peter and ourselves. Peter's my brother in law and friend. We met cheffing at Cafe Eccell in the early 90's and then married sisters. We are having a lot of fun planning this project. We're about a month out.

I heard they would be testing out new foods routinely and letting the public taste test them. Is that not accurate? Also, I would assume they would have some version of their regular food items in there as well. It would be an easy sell for games. People in the SEC love Bucees.

College Station is growing new businesses, new development, and new opportunities. But growth works best when it reflects what the community wants.
That's the vision behind Shape College Station, a quarterly survey that gives residents a direct say in our city's future. Each quarter, Shape College Station invites residents to take a short survey.
In this round, we're asking a simple question: What restaurant brand would you like to see in College Station next? It takes less than a minute to weigh in, but your feedback plays a real role in behind-the-scenes conversations with future businesses.
