The Patty Daddy is now open on University. I believe in the old Nick the Greek spot.
Saw a sign for a bakery called Quinn's around the corner from the Tazo coffee place in downtown Bryan today. That's all I know.

I like Bubba's 33. The pizzas are good. But I usually end up with the club sandwich. For appetizers, the onion rings and chorizo queso are excellent. My grandkids like the kids menu options too.

I don't know much about them, but in looking at things online about their location in Tyler, it looks like it has a drive through and decent dining room. Quick service restaurant like a burger Mojo is my best guess.

We also went for the first time a couple of weeks ago for an early lunch. I got something like a chicken club sandwich. Every bite was a struggle with the toughest, chewiest chicken I have had. I told the lady manager when she came around checking our meals and she smiled and continued her rounds.
A sign is up for Elevated CBD + Smoke Shop in Towerpoint, on the other end of the building as Shogun.
Smoke shops are the new nail salon/froyo place.
We went to Patty Daddy today after church. Prices are very reasonable (most expensive burger is under $7). Fantastic smash style burgers. Fries are fried in beef tallow. Talked to owner. Same owner as Nicks. Whole family loved it. We will be back soon. Also, he's planning on putting in 6 beer taps as soon as the license comes through.Captn_Ag05 said:

Went to Bubba's once, it was horrible, never again! For one the seating isn't comfortable at all. The food was meh. I'll stick to Roadhouse.
I don't know how you happened to have a bad experience, but Bubba's has become the defacto monthly date spot for my wife and I. It's been stellar every time, especially the made from scratch food! Tried a variety of items and every one has been fantastic, and all for a reasonable price! This might sound like I'm a shill and it's a sales pitch, but unless we want something fancier, it's Bubba's for us. Have yet to be disappointed.
Also, my relatives in Katy rave about Jaggers. They say it's the best fast food burger that they've ever had.

Got an announcement they opened up for memberships! Looks like more themed night swims are on the agenda, they've been asking followers what they'd like to see. Had to pick up something at tractor supply on Sunday. There was a long line for the drive through at Fiiz, at least 10 cars in the drive through, wrapped onto that little road and stretched almost to Valley View.

I went by earlier and it was probably closer to 15-20 cars in the drive through and the parking lot was full as well.
