Yeah we were going to bid it until I saw how complex the lighting was and that it, and the controls, are provided by the owner, which means trouble 100% of the time for contractors.

Lol, anytime anything is provided by the owner you know it's going to take twice the coordination and you're not making anything off of it.

Just jumped over to the CAD map and found it appears to be a senior community called "The Blake" opening 2028.
I don't think it ever started (outside of the street entrances/lanes).

Za Rolls, which I believe is from the same people as Champion Pizza, opened on Friday. But then they announced on Sunday they were temporarily closing to make some changes and will reopen at a future date.

Going: (not sure if been posted) Uptown Brunch/Harvest in South CS closed, no surprise. Mr Gs is taking over the space and will open up a Mr Gs pizza/cafe type spot in the space. They would like to be open for business in July. That's what I know.

We already had another pizza place down there go out of business. Keep in mind Blue Baker makes pizza and Dominos and Pizza Hut are across Fitch.
