im about 99% sure i know this one but want to check with the experts to be sure.
located in prosper by a buddy's neighbor. i'd love to tell you it survived the encounter but i didn't get to them in time. i was going to drive 30 miles to pick it up but they dispatched it before i could get to them

In reply to Zoo, Yes, or a rat. It just seemed a little thick and muscular, especially through the neck to me, for a rat. And all the patterns on the head. Although it is very similar to the one on the previous page.

Looks like a moccasin to me, zoomed in on what is left of head and think I see mascara...
It's a tough one but the eye placement/scale above the eye says Moc to me.
Pretty easy one IMO. Cottonmouth. Above the eyes is give away along with tapering tail.
Oh yeah, definitely a cottonmouth with a few 22 rounds through him. Show us the cotton before my friend started blasting at him. I was just posting here so y'all could see

First picture is a great example of why head shape can be misleading

Yep, same snake in both pics. First saw her around 9am this morning, and again at 4pm. Hadn't moved more that a foot during that time.

Exactly. That's the reason I never let outdoor toys stay outdoors.

Weed eater took him out. Can someone ID him for me. I know he's not venomous.
