They need to tear down the whole Doux Chene apartments. Drive through there. It looks rough. Great property location too.

I remember when Doux Chene first opened, they were the ultimate. I always thought that the no windows design was hideous but it was the place to be !!!!

Why would they when the city just keeps allowing new ones to be built in the next field over.

I'm surprised there's no new Starbucks already planned for the tower point area.
Ya Rock Prairie just got one but there's more than enough of a population in that part of town and South CS to support one in each area and have both prosper. Especially when you consider Starbucks is kinda famous for putting locations right near one another.

Gough Gough Coffee Company will open at "The Real Estate Gallery" on East side feeder of Intersection of Baron and HWY 6. Locally Owned!
